Marilyn Cook

Marilyn Cook, 91, of Wichita, passed away December 12, 2020. Marilyn taught 3rd grade at Cleveland Elementary USD 259 for 25 years. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Wichita, for nearly 60 years. Marilyn was preceded in death by parents, A.D. and Pansy Mays; husband, Roy D. Cook; and son-inlaw, Rick Wright. Survivors include son, Carlton Cook of Topeka; daughter, D’Annette Wright of Wichita; grandchildren, Courtney, Kyle, and Jacob Cook, Elisabeth (Bryan) White, Rebekah Wright, and Hannah (David) Comodeca. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 pm, Tuesday, December 15, at Immanuel Baptist Church Worship Center, 1415 S. Topeka, with viewing one hour prior to services.
