Mary Kay Seidl, 61, beloved sister, friend, and neighbor left us to be with Jesus and her loved ones in Heaven on May 1, 2023, after a courageous and painful eight year battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold J. Seidl and Elvira (Hilger) Seidl; her brother-in-law “Rick” Richard G. Charles; nephew, Calvin McKenzie and many, many close friends and relatives. Survivors include her 5 older sisters, Patricia A. (Bill) Palnode, Virginia C. Charles, Loretta J. Seidl, Kathy S. (Ed) McKenzie and Rita M. (Alan) Dold.
She had a very difficult life but had her mom’s strength of character and her dad’s big heart. Her passing left a big hole in the hearts of many. Her light now shines in Heaven, but her memory stays in the hearts of those who loved her.
A rosary will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, May 11, and Holy Mass, 10:30 am, Friday, May 12, both at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Ost, KS. Burial to follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. Share condolences at www.cozine.com. Services by Cozine Memorial Group-Broadway Mortuary.
