Nadine Marie Carter, 57, passed away Friday, December 10, 2021. Nadine was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Cropp, granddaughter, Ava and cousin, Lola Latta. She is survived by her sons, Floyd Martin and Paul Booker; daughters. Valerie Wyckoff, Paula Collier, and Nattillee Booker; boyfriend, Francis Eugene Powell; brother, Eric Buckingham; sisters, Rebecca Drake, Rose Reeves and Hazel Ryder; 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Paulina, Wyatt, Amber, Elizabeth Alexis, Matthew Isabella and Jamille and 1 great-grandchild, Pailsey. Nadine also leaves behind lots of friends and extended family.
