Shinn, Paul Franklin, 86, retired Carpenter, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Memorial Service 2:00 Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018 at Christian Family Ministries, 4502 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Daisy Shinn; brothers, Leroy, Jerry and Charles Shinn and sister, Helen McGeeHee. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Lucille; son, Ron (Kelly) Shinn; daughters, Roberta Swenson and Robin Marin; brother, Frank (Cindy) Shinn; sisters, Betty (Don) Stoltenberg and Joann (Roy) Teeter; grandchildren, Neil (Cassandra) Swenson, Amy Swenson, Bevan Stephens and Aspyn Hodak and 5 great-grandchildren.
