Phyllis Hoffman

Phyllis Martha Hoffman, 92, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024. Services celebrating Phyllis' life will be held at 2pm, Saturday, August 24, at First United Methodist Church in Pratt, Kansas. Phyllis is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie Hoffman; father, Chester Sample; mother, Elizabeth Grubb; son, Kendall Ellis; and brothers, Gibbie and Donald Sample. She is survived by daughter, Kim Baughman; grandchildren, Amanda (Anthony) Tagtow, John (Cortney) Baughman, Amy (Alex) Drown, Angie (Scott) Baughman-Miller, and Barrett (Katie) Ellis; great-grandchildren, Layton, Brock, Audrie, Addi, and Hudson Baughman, Ethan Miller, Alayna and Avery Tagtow, and Charlotte and Caroline Ellis; her loving dog, Reese, and many extended family members.
