Neice, Phyllis, 97, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020. Visitation 6-8:00pm, Monday, Broadway Mortuary. Graveside Service 11:00am, Monday, White Chapel Cemetery. Preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill”; brothers, Harold, Jr. and Larry Stiles; and sisters, Verla Woodruff and Hazel Kirkpatrick. Survivors include her son, Donald Neice; daughter, Nita Chopra; sisters, Dorthy Estes, Lois Johnson and Gretta Howerton; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Broadway Mortuary.
