Racheal F. Hill, 97, retired Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Administrative Assistant, passed away Monday, January 18, 2021. Private family services will be held at a later date. Preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Hill and father, Lloyd, survivors include her daughter, Lee (Jim) Buchanan of Woodbury, MN; grandson, Bradley Buchanan; and close family friend, Christie Roos.
