Ray is survived by his sons, Anthony Diaz and Alano Diaz; parents, Rafael and Juana Diaz; brothers, Jim Diaz, Saul Diaz, and Andy Diaz; sister, Vanessa Diaz; niece, Aaliyah Williamson; nephews, Bradley Diaz and Romeo Diaz and other nieces and nephews.
