Raymond Lee Simmons, 63, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025 in Wichita, KS. Raymond leaves behind his parents, James and Ruby Blevins as well as several nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his sister, Kowanda Thornton who passed September 20, 2019. Raymond will be missed by his family and friends.
