Webb, Regina, 80, passed away February 21, 2020. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway in Wichita, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Josephine Wengler; 1 brother; and 3 sisters. Survivors include children, Peggy (Jim) Commerford, Jimmy Webb, and Robert (Gloria) Webb; sister, Anna Allen; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
