Rose, Rev. Alvin C., 68, United Methodist Church Pastor, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017. Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 24, 2017, at Brookside United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by parents, John and Marjorie Rose; loving wife, Ruth Elaine Rose; and brother, Russell Rose. Survivors include daughters; Jenni (Tracy) Barton and Kristin (Mathew) Njoroge; step-son, Ryan Adams; step-daughter, Shana Adams; brother, Joe Rose; sister, Maggie Rowe; grandchildren, Gage Barton, Gabriel Barton, Ann Njoroge and Xavier Njoroge; great-grandchildren, Emma Barton and Owen Barton.
