Richard "Dick" Robbins

Robbins, Richard A., 68, of Haysville, KS, passed into the Lords hands on Sunday, January 14, after battling cancer. Richard cannot be defined by one thing. He was very much driven by his family, friends and work. He was born to J. Albert and Nellie E. Robbins on January 18, 1949. Both of which preceded him in death. Richard loved riding his four wheeler any chance he got. Going to Colorado with family every year to ride for the past 35 years. His joys in life was his wife, children and grandchildren. The friendships he made through life were very important to him as well. He retired from Sedgwick County working many different jobs. Richard wanted to be able to spend more time with family and taking road trips. Richard is survived and greatly missed by his wife, Kimberly Robbins; daughters,Dawnell Strunk (fiancé Dale Schawe), Karyan (Chad) Jones and Lindsay Knox; sons, Josh Knox, Christopher Knox and Dewayne Galleher; grandchildren, Anthony, Jerod, Ashley, Bailey and Madison; and numerous friends and beloved kitties.
