Rita L. Kirk, 94, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024. Family will have a private burial service in Oxford, Kansas. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Augustus and Sarah Froemming, and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons, Mark B. Kirk and Matt Kirk (Regina); and sister, Naida Cole.
