Robert H. Mitchell, 74, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Mitchell and Hazel Burke; stepfather, Eddie Burke; brothers, Bobby Mitchell and Danny Mitchell; sister, Patricia Delk; and niece, Linda Dyke. Survivors include his daughter, Bobbie Gardner (Scott); son, Edwin Mitchell; brothers, Dean Mitchell, Harry Mitchell, and Michael Mitchell; sister, Sandy Winters; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
