Robert Thomas Phillips "Papa Tom", 57, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 2:00, January 22, 2022 at Broadway Mortuary with burial at a later date. Tom is survived by his parents, John and Marilyn Phillips; wife of 34 years, Janet Phillips; children, Cassandra (Lane) Abert, Mallory (Austin) Heimerman, Austin (Christa) Phillips, Kyle Phillips and partner, Kenzie; sister, Carla (Dale) Greenfeather; grandchildren, Easton Abert, Hannah Heimerman, Nolan Abert, Liam Abert, 2 grand-daughters on the way; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
