Rodney Hughey

Rodney M. Hughey age 69, resident of Wichita, Kansas, passed away February  4, 2022.

Rodney was born February  1, 1953 in Monet, Missouri, son of Carlos B. Hughey and Nancy Zinn Epperson who preceded him and surely welcomed him home with his brothers Darren, Rickey, and Dennis Hughey; a nephew Shane Hughey; grandma & grandpa Zinn & many aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his sister, Connie Storrie and sister-in-law Patty Chardone of Purdy, Missouri, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.

We were blessed to have Starky provide Rodney with his home and staff to care for him and his housemates whom he considered family.

Rodney will be surely missed by his family and friends. He knew no strangers and his smile could light your heart. He will be missed.

There will be a memorial service for Rodney in the spring.
