Sandra Jean Young, 79, former 911 dispatcher for Sedgwick County, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Dorothy Barton. Survivors include her children, Julie Young, Barton Young (Deborah), Ronald Young, Jr. (Karen), Jody Young Martin (Pat Engels, fiancee), and Chuck Young (Nicole Dobber); grandchildren, Andrea, Brenden, Sarah, Tim, Ryan, Miranda, Rachael, and Zoe. Family Visitation, 2-4 pm, Sunday, April 23, and Funeral Services, 10 am, Monday, April 24, both at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway. Memorials to: Alzheimer’s Association.
