Seth Freeman, Sr

Freeman, Seth M., Sr., received his eternal reward December 21, 2016 in Wichita, KS. He was born October 22, 1942 in Amelia, Virginia, the youngest of eleven children. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Dorothy L. Freeman just 46 days earlier. They were reunited in heaven on their 53rd wedding anniversary. Seth is survived by his son Marty Freeman (Polly) and their three children, Michael, Noah and Benjamin; and his son Randy Freeman (Denita) and their three children, Todd (Sarah), Amber and Troy. Seth was an US Army veteran and a graduate of Barton County Community College and raised his family in Great Bend, KS until 1985 when he and his wife moved to Kingman, KS to run Main Place Youth Teen Challenge Center, a ministry to at-risk teen girls. After a long career in sales, Seth built a real estate company and was a member of the VFW of Cheney, KS and The Altar church of Goddard, KS. Visitation will be 6-8:00pm, Monday at The Altar Church, 321 S. 162nd, Goddard, KS 67052. Funeral Services 10:30am, Tuesday at The Assembly At Goddard Church, 20710 W. Kellogg Drive, Goddard, KS 67052. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Altar Church. Share condolences at www.CozineMemorial.com.
