Shane Davis

Shane Steven Davis was born on September 27, 1969 in Alton, Illinois. Shane passed away on August 1, 2022 in Wichita, Kansas. Shane had over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry, including various leadership roles, most recently serving as Regional Director of Slot Operations with Boyd Gaming. Outside of work, Shane was an avid sports enthusiast, passionate golfer, loved spending time on the beach, and always cherished his time spent with family and friends.

Visitation will be at 10:30, Monday, August 8, at Cozine Life Events Center, 11500 E. 21st St. N., in Wichita. A celebration of life will follow the visitation at 11:00, also at the Cozine Life Events Center. A reception will immediately follow the service. The family requests that the attire for all services be casual. Shane is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda Davis; parents, Steve and Carol Davis; sister, Shelly (Tim) Bell; brothers-in-law, Rob (Angie) Johnson, and Ryan Johnson; mother and father-in-law, Darrell and Paula Johnson; nieces and nephews, Joshua Bell, Melanie Bell, Noah Bell, Makenna Johnson, Cole Johnson, Abbey Ott, Sophie Ott, Reese Johnson, and Cohen Johnson; and beloved dog, Brody.
