Brown, Shelby Ann, 58, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in Andover, KS. Shelby was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Brown; father, Gerald Ashworth; mother, Jo Ann Atkins; step-father, Leonard Atkins; brothers, Joseph Ashworth and Jerry Ashworth, Jr.; and sister, Theresa Ashworth. Survivors include her step-mother, Wanda Ashworth; children, Heather D. Kernes (Curtis), Daniel W. Atkins, and David L. Atkins (Crystal); sisters, Katherine Cox (Larry), Melonie Paige (Adam), and Cheri Liggett (Tracy); brother, Nathan Ashworth (Andrea); grandchildren, Maryjane, Seth, Guinevere, Joshua, Faith, Kris, Trevor, Tristin, Pheonix, Danielle, and Mahayla. Memorial services will be held at Hope Community Church, on Friday, February 9, at 11:00 am. There will be a reception following. Memorial contributions may be made to: Hope Community Church.
