Simeon Rollins Kelley, 76, retired USAF Master Sergant, retired US Post Office, former Fireman, Derby Volunteer Fire Department, Author and avid Photographer, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022. Simeon is survived by his wife, Sheila and his son, Michael J. Kelley and partner, Randy McDow and his son, Gary R. Kelley.
