Steve Gray
- With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Steve Gray, who left us on August 15th. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Steve was born on December 10th, 1958 and lived a full life of love, hard work, and simple joys.
- He married the love of his life Shirley Gray on July 8th, 1989. Together they shared a deep bond and passion for travel and creating memories that will be cherished forever. Whether it was exploring new destinations or simply enjoying the beauty if nature, they were happiest together.
- Steve was a dedicated family man and very proud of his children, Zane, Darla, and Cliff. His love for his children was unwavering and he loved their company. He was also proud of his grandchildren, Clayton, Damien, Braiden, Jayden, Madison, Mason, and Nevant'e, and great-grandchild Co Co.
- A simple man at heart, Steve took pleasure in the little things, if he wasn't traveling with Shirley, he was sitting watching the weather. He was a very hard worker. He traveled the country with Koch Specialty Plant Services and earned the respect of all who worked with him.
- Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Dean Gray and Sandra Lee Alvis.
- Steve is survived by his loving wife, Shirley; children, Zane, Darla, and Cliff (Megan); brother, Kelly; sister, Chris; long-time friend, Artys; grandchildren, Clayton, Damien, Braiden, Jayden, Madison, Mason, and Nevant'e; and great-grandchild, Co Co.
- He will be missed by all who knew him - especially his family who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

- A visitation with family will be held from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, September 5th at Broadway Mortuary. A funeral service will take place at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 6th at Broadway Mortuary. There will be a reception following the service at Scenic Landscapes and Water Garden Nursery, located at 5911 W. Maple St. Wichita, KS 67209. There will be extra parking across Maple Street in the Central Community Church lot, located at 6100 W. Maple St. Wichita, KS 67209.
- In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to help support a memorial garden in Steve's honor.
