Lower, Steven Nelson, 64, field engineer-Philips, passed away March 10, 2015. Memorial service will be 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14 at Broadway Mortuary. He was preceded in death by parents, Joseph & Lesta Lower. Survivors include his first wife, Sherri; daughters, Jodi Lower and Miranda Lower of Wichita; sisters, Nancy (John) Brooks of Kansas City, and Linda Lower of Wichita; nieces, Shelly (Michael), Vicki, Lisa, and Janet; great-nephews, Aleks and Addison; and great-nieces, Denny and Josie; beloved dog, Ike; and cats, Chi, Tucker, Tayler and Bailey.
