Vincent Nicholas Guethle, 84, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on May 14, 2025.
Born on August 19, 1941, in Kansas City, Missouri, Vincent was the beloved son of George Guethle and Mary (Kaiser) Guethle. He spent his early years on the family farm in St. Joseph, Missouri, where he developed a generous heart and a deep connection to faith and family. He attended Catholic grade school and Christian Brothers High School in St. Joseph, and remained a devoted member of the Catholic Church throughout his life.
Vincent was known for his kind and giving spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His perseverance and gentle nature left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He had a love for life's simple pleasures, especially enjoying meals out with family and friends. His warm smile and caring heart will be deeply missed.
Vincent is survived by his brother, James Guethle, and by his nieces and nephews: Bruce Kneib, Nancy Cordonier, Rita Kneib, Mark Kneib, and Ann Welter, along with numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, who cherished their "Uncle Nick." He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary, as well as his siblings, George Guethle Jr. and Alice (Guethle) Kneib.
Services will take place at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 2801 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS 67217, on Friday, May 23 with a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m.

Vincent was a blessing to those who knew him, and he will be remembered with love and gratitude.
