Barr, Virginia Betty, 98, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019. No Services will be held. She was preceded in death by parents, Montgomery and Ora Walker; beloved husband, Hugh Barr; and sisters, Winifred Powers, Helen Brown and Georgia Campbell.
