Sawyer, Virginia, 76, loving wife and mother, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, John T. Sawyer; parents, Albert and Juanita Martinez; sister, Delores Resa; and son-in-law, Gary Falk. Survivors include her son, State Rep. Tom Sawyer; daughters, Michelle Schroeder (Jerry), Marcia Williams (Craig), Jenifer Falk, and Pam McNutt (Brad); brother, Albert Martinez; sisters, Deanna Moreno and Mary Vanacore; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services, 6 pm, Thursday, March 5, at West Side United Methodist Church, 1313 W. Lydia. Memorials to: West Side United Methodist Church. Share condolences at www.CozineMemorial.com.
