Wade Varner

Wade Charles Varner, 65, Tool Maker for Kaman Corp., passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Wade was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lewis and Phyllis Corine Varner. He is survived by his son, Christopher Lewis Varner; daughters, Valerie Sidney Ivey and Holly Ann Santee (Mike); former wife, Susan Elaine Wahl; brothers, Douglas Kent Soderberg (Barbara) and Donald Keith Soderberg (Tammie); twin sister, Linda Lou Taylor (Robin); sister, Kathleen Ann Varner; and grandchildren, Bryant Christopher Ivey, Chase Allen Ivey, and Scarlett Jean Santee. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, June 19, at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway. Memorial contributions can be made to Amedisys Hospice, The Cancer Center of Kansas, or Victory in the Valley.
