Bales, William E. “Bill”, 78, retired Magazine Publisher, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Bales; parents, William and Ruth Bales; sister, Marlene Newsom; and grandson, Ryan Hetzel. Survivors include his daughters, Debbie Cruz (Monty), Kim Hetzel (Brian), Shelly Bayer (Bob), and Lori Bales; 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
