William "Bill" Edward Gates, 88, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023. An inurnment will take place at 10:00, Monday, September 18, at Kensington Gardens. Bill is preceded in death by his loving wife, Louise; parents, Floyd and Marie Gates; and brother, Floyd Oakland Gates, Jr. He is survived by daughters, Cynthia (Lawrence) Duty, and Jennifer (Brian) Anderson; son, Randal (Glennis) Gates; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
