Parks, William Howard “Bill”, 70, U.S. Marine Corp Veteran, former St. Joseph Hospital Information Systems and MBNA employee and retired co-owner of MandJ Electric of Wichita, passed away, Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Visitation 2-5:00pm, Sunday, Broadway Mortuary. Funeral Service 1:30pm, Monday, Asbury United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Doris Parks; daughter, Kimberly and brothers, Howard and Stanley Parks. Survivors include his wife, Judy; sons, Eric (Melissa) and Jason (Janel) Parks; daughter, Jennifer (John) Warren; brother, Jim (Kay) Parks and grandchildren, Caleb, Aubrey, Mariah, Jameson and Christine.
