Winifred Daisy (Neale) “Winnie” Ira, 94, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and homemaker, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017. Winnie was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur D. “Bill” Ira; daughter, Paula Sue Ira; parents, Quenton and Violet Neale; brothers, William and Richard Neale; nephew, Jim Brooks; niece, Kitty Shibao; and grand-nephew, Charles Brooks. Survivors include her daughter, Pamela K. Brown (Ralph); son, Craig Ira; brother, Robert Neale (Beverly); sister, Bitzie Brooks (Ken); grandchildren, Lisa, Chris, Rachael, Elisabeth, and Ben; and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services, 1 pm, Thursday, Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway. Graveside Service, 4 pm, Stafford Cemetery, near Stafford, KS. Memorials to: The Lord’s Diner.
