Church, Winnifred “Winnie”, 86, passed away Feb. 25, 2016. Private services will be held at a later date in Kansas City. She was preceded in death by parents, Blaine and Eleanor Rowe; husband, Robert Church; and children, Tracy and Cassandra. Survivors include children, Jeffrey Provo, Laurie (James) Stine, and Jessica (John) Montgomery; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Broadway Mortuary.
