Frank Russell Garratt, 80, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. He was preceded in death by son, Allen Garratt; and brothers, William Garratt, James Garratt and Albert Garratt. Survivors include his daughters, Deborah (Brian) Dinneen of Center Barnstead, NH, Sharon (Brian) Friel of Boise, ID and Alejandra (Antonio) Cossio; son, Juan Lozano; brother, Walter Garratt; 12 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Services by Broadway Mortuary.
