She was a proud member of First Presbyterian Church. Joan and Julie want to thank the nurses and staff of the Catholic Care Center, both Long Term Care and Memory Care, as well as the Hospice Team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, all who did a wonderful job of taking care of their mother over the last 11 months.
Jan's service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church on Tuesday, August 31st at 11:00 a.m. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, August 30 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Broadway Mortuary.
