Judy was born in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Sunset Hill Academy and the University of Kansas where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.

She married James (Jim) Hull of Wichita, Kansas in 1960. Judy is survived by Jim as well as four children: Jay (Dallas, TX), Joe (Wichita, KS), Jennifer (John) Lawrence (Overland Park, KS), and Josie (Lars) Stamp (Wichita, KS).
